Whether you need full-service compliance support or just a reliable Registered Agent, SFR provides proactive, dependable service - no matter what state you are in - to help you stay in good standing and focused on what matters most: running your business.
Annual Compliance Services Package
By subscribing, you authorize SFR to prepare and submit all standard state filings for you.
After any submission, you will receive a copy of each filed report for your records.

Registered Agent Services Package
By subscribing, you authorize SFR to act as your Registered Agent of Service.
Please Note: You are not required to subscribe to the Registered Agent Services Package to receive the Annual Compliance Services Package. Check the FAQ on this page for other options to act as your Registered Agent.

How it Works
Step 1: Simple Annual Pricing - SFR Service Fee
Pay a service fee per entity, per state - no surprises.

Annual Compliance Services Package: $160/year

Registered Agent Service Package

California or Florida: $150/year

Out-of-State: $300/year/state

Depending on your filing due date, enrollment may require immediate billing. After that, annual billing for this service is automatically processed each October.
Step 2: Secure State Filing Fee Payments
You'll provide SFR a copy of your business credit card, and we will securely store this information to use solely for payment of State-Required Filing Fees.

You’ll receive a receipt after each filing

This card is only used for State Fees - not our Service Fees, unless you request otherwise
Please note:

Annual Compliance and Registered Agent Services fees are non-refundable.

For transparency and convenience, we recommend providing a credit or debit card (excluding AMEX) to pay State Fees directly.

If a card is not provided, the client automatically accepts that SFR will advance the State Fees on their behalf, and bill the client for the full amount, including standard markup, payable upon receipt of the invoice.

When your report is due, we’ll:

File the report on your behalf.

Send you confirmation, along with a digital copy of the submission and the receipt.

Don't worry! The SFR team can handle your compliance in any situation.
If you have business activity or nexus in other states, let us know! We’ll include those jurisdictions in your compliance review, coordinate the necessary filings, and ensure everything aligns correctly for your tax returns.
